About the role

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of our subcontractors.

You will also liaise with their drivers and various internal departments.

Tasks:

• Monitoring non-conformities after loading distribution vehicles;
• Verifying delivered documents;
• Managing internal mail and email inboxes (pickup and delivery requests);
• Communicating errors, uncertainties, and deviations to the internal international planning departments;
• Preparing various transport documents (e.g., CMR, ADR, etc.);
• Providing instructions to the relevant drivers;
• Following up on transport assignments;
• Adjusting transport schedules as needed.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have initial experience in the transport sector;
• You possess strong language skills (Dutch, English, French);
• You are flexible and able to work in shifts (between 6 AM and 10 PM);
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
