As a business support specialist at DSV, your job contains a wide variety of tasks. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and colleagues regarding training, usage and configuration of DSV applications; you contribute to this.

Thanks to your knowledge and expertise, you will be able to translate these needs into our DSV applications. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth workflow for both colleagues and customers. You achieve this by:
- working on process optimization for internal systems and applications (including tms Cargowise, wms, MyDSV);
- setting up new clients for the use of our applications and providing training and support;
