Enchanté, we are DSV! For our Customer Care & Support Team in Tholen, we are looking for a dynamic customer care specialist, part time. You get it done

You are the first point of contact for French-speaking consumers. You interact with these customers via email, social media, or phone for placing orders, providing delivery times, or advising them on the best-suited products. And, this is just a small part of your daily tasks. The goal is always optimal customer satisfaction; you contribute to that.

How you do this?

Primarily by mastering the French language well and having a service-oriented work attitude. This is very important for performing this role effectively. Fluent in French but no customer service experience yet? Aucun problème! In our Customer Care & Support Team, you will find all the support needed to get you started in this job. Through training, you will learn more about our clients. Initially, you will be paired with a buddy for on-the-job coaching and gradually, you will independently support the French-speaking consumer with inquiries and order processing. Without a script, so you can be yourself and assist customers as best as you can in your own way. You achieve this by: 

  • answering various customer inquiries, mainly by phone and also by email or social media; 
  • performing administrative tasks, such as order processing, accounts receivable management, processing returns, answering financial queries and handling claims related to packages and products;
  • personalizing customer product with branche logo or promotional text;
  • providing advice to customers on the product range and alternatives.

You bring

  • a good command of the French language (C1), both spoken and written; 
  • knowledge of computer systems; 
  • MBO4 working and thinking level;
  • solution-oriented and good at providing service.
