Move forward as Customer Service Representative at DSV in Maastricht Airport

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for various customers and internal departments. You ensure that the right data and schedules are available for the incoming, order picking, VAL, and outgoing processes in our warehouse. You’re on it.

How do you do this? Our goal is to meet all customer-specific agreements and preferences. To manage all of this, your team performs various administrative tasks and planning activities. You achieve this by:

  • monitoring warehouse processes using our warehouse management system, keeping the customer and internal stakeholders informed;
  • identifying disruptions, informing customers of potential delays/changes;
  • acting as the first operational contact for assigned customers, then coordinating with your internal colleagues from various departments;
  • handling and escalating customer escalations.

You bring

  • extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics;
  • strong customer orientation and involvement;
  • knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems;
  • good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
