You will be engaged in the digital transformation of our logistics processes. You will contribute to identifying, resolving, and documenting operational software challenges to ensure seamless logistics operations. Alongside your team, you will be responsible for specifying and overseeing improvements to user interfaces and external customised functionalities, as well as analysing the synergy between business processes and operational software and advising on process optimisations. You’re on it.

How you do this? By designing, configuring, and managing logistics software and low-code applications. You will work with internal and external suppliers for the latest software updates and releases. This is a crucial aspect of your work, as is documenting the evolving state of our applications and coordinating with Global IT for optimal performance. Finally, you will ensure the uninterrupted operation of our critical business applications and handle rejected interface messages with a solution-oriented approach. You will achieve this by: 

• executing projects through planning, budgeting, and progress reporting;
• installing, testing, and activating software solutions and implementing new applications;
• managing the 2nd line helpdesk and acting as a liaison between suppliers, ICT, and internal teams;
• providing training for key users and proactive support for operational challenges.

You bring

• a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, logistics management, economics, or a comparable field;
• expertise in logistics applications, low-code solutions, and the Microsoft .NET platform;
• fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and SQL query skills;
• a structured way of working, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset with attention to detail;
• a team player who is customer-focused, critical, assertive, and eager to learn.
