Move forward as Supervisor Customer Service at DSV in Haps

You will be responsible for the operational management of our customer service team. We recently launched our logistics services in advanced nutrition products. With your team, you are the hub of the organisation, both internally and externally. This offers you fantastic challenges to which you actively contribute.

How will you do this? You ensure that the team functions optimally and is well managed. You focus on achieving maximum customer satisfaction and meeting the agreed conditions for our customer. You derive satisfaction from striving for efficiency and improvement. You coordinate the work within the customer service team. You achieve this by:

  • properly organising your department based on developments in logistics and customer needs;
  • conducting operational/tactical consultations with the customer on performance and daily operations;
  • holding operational/tactical consultations with the customer on performance and daily operations;
  • collecting, analysing, reporting and providing information on status and progress to customers, including on the basis of production KPIs;
  • proactively coaching, supporting and developing your team;

You bring

  • managerial experience, preferably in a similar / logistics work environment; 
  • affinity with logistics and transport;
  • solution-oriented and process-oriented attitude to be customer-oriented;
  • command of the Dutch and English languages in both verbal and writing.
