Responsible for managing the operational work of our warehouse team: you work on it. 

How you do this? As warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and managing your team. You have an eye for monitoring the strict quality requirements and are able to switch efficiently between different departments and our customers. You achieve this by:

• conducting result and development interviews, supervising sick leave and leading staff meetings;
• ensuring the monitoring and implementation of our logistics processes on the basis of daily and weekly schedules;
• actively contributing to improvement projects in cooperation with engineering, project management and IT.

You bring

• experience as a supervisor or similar position within logistics at managerial level;
• the motivation to achieve results with a dedicated team;
• experience with WMS or the drive to quickly master it;
• willing to work in our 2-shift system/weekend shifts.
