Role Responsibility:
The Contract Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the business delivers on the agreed SLAs to the Key Clients within their portfolio. Monitoring service levels to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively while minimising risks and maximising value to both DSV and the Key clients.
Performance Management
Monitoring the performance levels of key clients to ensure the business is meeting contractual obligations, including service levels, collection and delivery times, and quality standards.
Collaboration with Other Departments
Working closely with, finance, operations, commercial and legal teams to ensure alignment and support for the Key clients.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analysing and producing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Review of non-conformance / root cause analysis
- Ensuring full compliance with the SLA
- Handling and resolving complete issues
- Adhering to the escalation process
Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate delivery of operational excellence.
- Organise and participate in regular business and performance reviews with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship.
- Responsible for review and response of NPS and achieving and maintaining a DSV promotor score.

- Work with the key stakeholders to re-negotiate and renew existing contracts.
Experience
Industry Knowledge
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade rules.
Contract Management
- Previous roles in contract management, negotiation
- Experience in reviewing and modifying contracts specific to freight forwarding services.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including, customers, and internal teams.
Project Management
- Background in managing projects related to logistics and supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
