DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Senior Freight Forwarder, Pharma & Healthcare in Melbourne. 

This role is accountable for the implementation, support, and monitoring of the Global Healthcare Quality Management System (HealthcareQMS), within the Melbourne Branch. Ensure all shipments within control are compliant with the current Healthcare Policy and the HealthcareQMS, as well as the Divisional Healthcare Operational Standards.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Implementation and support of the HealthcareQMS and Operational Standards.

• Ensure all shipments comply with Healthcare policies, QMS standards, and divisional operational procedures.

• Provide Validaide training and configure/approve trade lanes as needed.

• Monitor compliance across the team and escalate any operational gaps to the Product Owner.

• Engage with internal teams, business partners, and customers to support service excellence and QMS alignment.

• Collect and analyse market insights, feedback, and data to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist the Healthcare Management and Sales teams in driving customer retention and new business support.

About you:

• Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations with direct experience in handling Healthcare or Pharmaceutical shipments.

• Skilled in using CargoWise One and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance requirements, and customer service standards within the healthcare logistics sector.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset for improvement and collaboration.
