We move millions of shipments for our customers every year, and we have gained the trust of our customers and partners by ensuring reliable and efficient transport and logistics services – across air, sea, road and contract logistics – in a world in constant change.

Customers
We grow with our customers as a trusted partner by focusing on how we best enable their growth. We are continuously advancing our industry expertise to explore, understand, and solve our customers’ challenges, as well as proactively help optimise their supply chain, reliability, and sustainability. By strengthening our commercial approach, we continue to enhance our offerings to our large global customers within selected industry verticals: automotive, consumer, healthcare, industrial, aerospace & defense, and technology. We also optimise the customer journey for our small- and midsized customers by improving our digital platform to deliver improved customer experiences, greater supply chain visibility and increased operational efficiency.
Operations
We optimise our global network and productivity by continuously improving how we run our operations – with operational excellence at the core. We consolidate and strengthen our global network across all divisions to reduce complexity and improve reliability. Simultaneously, we streamline products and services while optimising processes to deliver consistent execution at scale around the globe. We continue to increase productivity by applying technology – including AI – where it strengthens day-to-day performance and helps us deliver reliable, efficient services for customers across our end-to-end network.
Technology
We accelerate with our digital platform by consolidating and strengthening our core systems landscape and ensuring a scalable foundation for the business. This includes consolidating key platforms such as TMS, WMS and ERP, strengthening our Enterprise Data Platform, and applying AI and new technologies to improve transparency, productivity and scalability. By building digital capabilities at enterprise scale, we improve our customer offering and support both better day‑to‑day execution and long‑term competitiveness.
Leadership
We fuel talent, engagement and performance by developing skills and capabilities and strengthening leadership at all levels. A strong leadership team helps us drive execution, maintain a high-performance culture and keep raising the bar across the organisation, both in internal and in customer-facing teams. As technology becomes an even stronger productivity lever, we also promote an AI- and technology-mindset in leadership and employees, encouraging curiosity and adaptability as new tools and ways of working are introduced.
M&A
We excel in M&A and integrations by leveraging our scalable enterprise platform (including Customers, Operations, Technology and Leadership) and applying strong execution and discipline to the integration delivery. We continue to leverage decades of M&A and integration experience to develop our approach further. This priority reflects our ambition to remain an M&A powerhouse, with the ability to integrate effectively and capture value through fast and successful integrations. It ensures that acquisitions and integrations continue to strengthen our network and capabilities and support our long-term growth.
