The M&A team within Global IT is seeking a Student Assistant to support our activities for approximately 12–15 hours per week.
What we do
In this role, you will be part of the thriving Global IT team located at our international headquarters in Hedehusene, just outside Copenhagen. Our team is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining DSV's IT M&A Framework.
- Facilitating and supporting M&A integrations.
- Support in mitigating risks and escalating issues during the integration
- Acting as an overarching department to ensure stakeholders remain on track with ongoing migrations & Integrations.
Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in communication, stakeholder management, and administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research, gathering data, and presenting insights to the team.
- Ensuring written materials are precise, clear, and free of errors.
- Organizing files, coordinating meetings, and supporting task management.
- Assisting in planning and executing events or meetings.
- Coordinating communication across stakeholders.
- Creating professional presentations and communication materials.
- Handling ad-hoc and administrative tasks for the team.
- Attending meetings with stakeholders and preparing minutes.
What We Are Looking For
We value organization, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude. Ideally, you are:
- A student within Economics, Communication, IT, or a relevant field, with at least 2 years of study completed.
- Strong in communication, capable of creating professional presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Proactive, eager to take ownership, and committed to driving tasks to completion.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
