We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales department for our Road Division  in our Thessaloniki office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant B2B role (2-3 years at least) in Road services within transport/logistics/freight forwarding
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner & passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  •  Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Business English (written/spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is nice to have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Full driving licence
