Main responsibilities: 

• Managing and supporting group of Accounting Supervisors/Team Leaders 
• Coordinating and maintaining efficient and productive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders 
• Managing KPI’s, SLA’ and performance 
• Taking part in various projects in the area of accounting services and process optimization 
• Reporting all activities and implementing new solutions 
• Training and developing other employees 
• Ensuring if all accounting processes are in line with corporate standards 

Requirements: 

• at least 4 years experience on similar position in finance or accounting  
• experience in managing group of Supervisors/Team Leaders – highly required 
• experience in work in the international environment in SSC or BPO 
• highly developed managerial and interpersonal skills 
• fluent knowledge of English language 
• excellent analytical skills connected with experience in accounting reporting  
• experience in working with SAP program, 
• openness and willingness to optimize the accounting processes on a daily basis
