Responsibilities:

• Actively supporting with the global RFP process
• Preparing the offer comparisons
• Asist within the commercial negotiations
• Analysing the contracts and the offers to ensure compliance with internal company policies and requirements
• Monitoring and updating changes in contracts
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Actively participating in projects that enhance contract management
• Maintaining and updating the contract database, organizing the distribution of the documents

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Advance spoken and written English
• Min 1 year of experience from a similar position in contracts or procurement would be an asset
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Adaptable to change
• Capable of making independent decisions
