As a trainee in Insurance Management, you will be responsible for administering tasks related to DSV's global insurance programs and developing DSV's current insurance configuration to streamline and optimize services provided to customers. In addition, your responsibilities will include timely and appropriate reporting to your superiors as well as professional service to DSV's internal and external customers in accordance with department and team strategies, manuals and procedures.
Main Tasks:
- Cooperation with other DSV Departments and DSV Customers around the world
- Responding in timely manner to the queries concerning the insurances handled by DSV Group Insurance business partners;
- Administration of data received from DSV Group Insurance business partners (other insurance companies);
- Preparation of internal reports for DSV insurance policies;
- Gathering and administration of information about DSV insurance policies;
- Preparation / updating of insurance manuals and certificates;
- Manage shared mailboxes and create basic reports for the Team;
- Support the Team in daily tasks;

- Accuracy and timeliness in performing tasks
- Ability to work under time pressure and proritize tasks

- Experience with MS Office applications including: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint
- Ability to automatize processes, reporting and create new administrative solutions
- Experience in office work
- Experience in working in different language (English)
Languages:
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
Education:
- During studies or higher education (preferred: law, languages, insurance, economy, logistics)
