Inbound and outbound logistics for Pokémon in Europe

DSV manages the logistics - for the physical Pokémon

Who can have failed to have seen pictures of hordes of people “chasing” Pokémon with their mobiles recently?

DSV manages the logistics for Pokémon cards and games in Europe. No, you can’t come and chase them in our warehouse in the Netherlands.

DSV people will do that for you!

We handle not only the incoming logistics from overseas into the European warehouse, we also pick orders and then send them on their way to shops, outlets and collectors all over the continent.
DSV assured our entry into the European market

Shaun Flanders, Director Inventory & Logistics at the Pokémon Company International

Europe is an important market for the Pokémon Company – especially since the runaway success of Pokémon Go. The cards and games have to be in stock – very short fulfilment times are essential. This means using air freight when necessary.

A total of fifteen people from DSV work in the warehouse and the office looking after Pokémon’s inbound and outbound logistics as well as the picking and packing. Every detail is logged in order to monitor key performance indicators and provide the feedback needed to steer production.
