How can I track and trace my shipments?
The myDSV Track & Trace tool lets you track your shipments online from any computer. With this simple tool, you can see shipment details and events, planned as well as actual. All basic tracking information is available in the simple Track & Trace tool and you can get a more detailed overview by setting it up with your username and login.Do your trucks have GPS tracking?
All trailers in our fleet have GPS (Global Positioning System devices). This lets us know where your cargo is at all times, which also increases protection against theft of your cargo.
Does DSV handle customs clearance and transport documents?
All specialised shipments require paperwork. For example. cargo moving from an EU country to a non-EU country needs customs clearance and cross-border shipments of dangerous goods need special transport documents. Our freight forwarders are experts in handling all types of transport documents, and our truck drivers are certified in handling dangerous goods.
