General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

Handling the whole ocean import process from door to door. 

独立完成从门到门整个工作流程的跟踪操作。 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

Read and learn the details requirement of IOP/SOP/RFQ and quotation 

阅读并理解IOP/SOP/RFQ和报价的需求。 

Handling order follow up with origin offices according to customers booking, follow up till shipment onboard. 

根据客户订单要求联系发货港协调安排提货和订舱事宜，跟踪到货物离港 

Receive pre-alert from origin and create file accordingly. 

整理发货港预报并给file建档。 

Double check the documents data with shipping line / co-loader, follow up the vessel schedule. 

与船公司/拼箱公司核对单证信息，跟踪运输工具到达日期变化。 

Taking care of the D/O release process with messengers/customers/brokers. 

安排与客户/客户代理的单证交接工作。 

Complete charge list and reports on time. 

按时完成客户要求的报表和对账单 

Issue local invoices to clients, ensure COD (Cash on Delivery) policy is abided by strictly.  

安排出具发票给客户付款，并且严格遵守公司到账放单的财务政策。 

Ensure complete and correct data will be inputted in operation system. 

确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。 

Double check and make sure the AP/AR amount is correct, update into system on time. 

核对并确保应收应付帐单的金额准确，并即时录入系统。 

Handover files to Superior for closure on time. 

按时把文件提交给主管安排关账。 

Other tasks assigned by superior or department manager. 

完成其他由上级或部门经理分配的任务。
