This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to a major overhaul — where we are rebuilding a well-established platform to accommodate a new strategic e-commerce logistics offering.

Your Role as a Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion the voice of the user. You'll have the unique challenge of not only designing a new product but also rethinking the design of an established part of our business to accommodate this new offering.

Your key tasks will include:

• Leading the UX and UI design for the new product in collaboration with our Center of excellence on Design.
• Collaborating with product, operational, and commercial teams to understand and design intuitive business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting research to understand user needs, how users experience the platform, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Working closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead and software development teams to design, implement, and refine solutions that effectively address customer needs and operational setups.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring alignment across product areas.
• Employing data-driven decision-making practices to inform strategic planning and the development of new products and services.

Moreover, will have 10-15 annual travel days across Europe, where you will engage with local stakeholders, gathering their insights on our new line of business and exploring their current setups for inspiration.

What We Look For in a Product Design Lead

• Proven experience in leading UX design projects, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex problems through user-centered design.
• Brings a holistic approach to product development—going beyond aesthetics to incorporate user-centered design to solve real challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
• Innovative thinking and the ability to rethink and redefine processes to better meet user needs.
• Preferably, experience working in a larger corporation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of articulating ideas, project statuses, and technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
