Welcome to Corporate Development – the strategic function driving our enterprise agenda across DSV’s business and IT. Within this function, we’re launching a brand-new Enterprise Service Catalogue team, and we want you to help us catalogue and implement our ever-expanding portfolio of logistics products and services worldwide.

Shape our future: You’ll collaborate with experts across Commercial, Operations, and IT to ensure our products reflect customer needs, comply with internal standards, and align with strategic goals.

Map our products and implement new standards globally

Your main mission is to orchestrate the creation and refinement of product and service definitions so that they’re viable, compliant, and primed for success in the market. How? By partnering with colleagues across the organisation to capture inputs, define needs, and create alignment. Concretely, you will:

• Gather insights on customer needs from our Commercial teams.
• Turn ideas into action by working with Operations to translate requirements into feasible products and processes.
• Lead workshops with senior leadership and colleagues, guiding them toward consensus on new product definitions.
• Implement and refine standards for our products across our global organisation, constantly seeking ways to improve and generate new business opportunities.
• Document each step of product development, partnering with IT to ensure new offerings can be easily purchased, booked, and tracked in our systems.

A people-oriented communicator who can simplify complexity 

In this role, stakeholder management is key. You’ll use your strong communication skills to adjust messaging for different audiences, ensuring everyone from top-level executives to operational teams stays aligned. 

You’ll also bring:

• Holistic thinking: You see the bigger picture but can dive into the details to drive execution.
• Relevant education: Bachelor’s (or higher) in business administration, product management, engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience: Previous work in product management, enterprise services, or related areas, with a solid grasp of product development and lifecycle management.
• Industry understanding: Knowledge of the transport and logistics domain, whether as a specialist or from a broader perspective.
• Organizational savvy: You can navigate a major global company’s structures and decision-makers (international experience is a plus, not a must).
• Fluent English: It’s our corporate language.
