DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant to join the DSV Pharmaceutical 4PL Control Tower in Bristol. 

• This role is a hands-on operational finance role working in a multi modal environment. 

• The role involves customer and supplier liaison, job execution and irregularity handling. 

• The successful candidate will be trained on all QMS systems and GDP compliance. 

Key Tasks  

• Working within a 4PL Control Tower this role involves customer and supplier liaison 

• Proactive Customer Service 

• Attention to detail 

• Data entry and review 

• Compliance 

• Irregularity handling and escalation where needed 

• Adhering to SOPs and meeting internal and external KPIs 

• Excel skills ideal but not essential  

• Purchase invoice auditing and processing 

• Customer invoice production 

Duties / Responsibilities 

• Audit, dispute and approval of purchase invoices 

• Creation of sales invoices 

• Handle irregularities with escalation as appropriate 

• Proactive Customer Service 

• Comply with Company policies and procedures 

Skills and Competencies  

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)   

• Document production  

• Good attention to detail  

• Effective communicator  

• Knowledge of Customs procedures  

• Ability to prioritise workload  

• Able to work in a team and individually  

• Freight Forwarding or 4PL / LLP would be advantageous but not essential.
