Inside Sales Specialist /Road /AGY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team of our Road Division in our Athens office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and supporting the external sales team by providing pricing, quotes, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
  •  Generate quotes and proposals based on customer needs and follow up to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with team members to support business development efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Requirements:

  • Εxperience in Inside Sales (2-3 years at least) preferably within the transport/logistics/freight forwarding
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Business English (written/spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
