We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our sales team of our Road Division in our Athens office. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing business and in parallel generating new business by supporting the sales team by providing pricing, quotes, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and develop business opportunities through timely quotations, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Generate quotes and proposals based on customer needs and follow up to secure onboarding of the business.
• Collaborate with Sales team members to support business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using relevant CRM or other systems.
• Achieve and exceed hit rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Εxperience in Sales Support / Inside Sales roles (2-3 years at least) preferably within the transport/logistics/freight forwarding
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Business English (written/spoken)
