About the role

PT DSV Solutions Indonesia is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in East Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business growth and expanding our client base, with a particular focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Mandarin-speaking markets
• Develop and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth prospects
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in using sales-related tools and technologies
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a business-related field
