Responsibilities of this position:
1. Comply & Implement Safety standard in all Maintenance warehouse & workshop area
2. Maintaining and organized all parts & equipment that need preservation activity by labelling and tagging based on conditions and create reports as a history with comply by safety and manufacturing standards.
3. Keep the store area clean, well-organized, and easily accessible for efficient operations with compliance by 5S
4. Adhere to safety protocols and regulation in the storage and handling of materials
5. Provide regular reports on inventory status, including stock levels, usage patterns and any issues that may arise
Educational Background
• Experience min 4 years in related field
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as static equipment & rotating equipment and handling related to mechanical equipment and tools
• Proven experience as a preservation / warehouse, preferably in a mechanical industry
• Experience in managing inventory, including receiving, issuing, returning, and monitoring preservation actual condition
• Familiarity with basic concepts in inventory management
• Prior work experience as a preservation or related field, especially with the scope of electrical/instruments equipment or relevant industries.
• Capable of using AVO meter, thermograph temperature and Automatic capacitor former tool
• Knowledge and understanding the types of electrical/instrument commonly in used in industries
• Experience in managing inventory including monitoring stock and understanding the lifecycle of electrical/instrument equipment
