Roles & Responsibilities: 
•    Maintain DSV’s external Integration Landscape, applications including;
o    Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework
o    IBM APIC
o    Sterling Secure Proxy & Authentication Server
o    IBM MQ
•    Support the operations on above systems, both from a platform and application perspective.
•    Administration activities on servers including upgrades, patch installations and DR tests.
•    Maintain application health on day-to-day basis, with routine health checks, and monitoring programs including Jarvis and Elastic search.
•    Resolve incidents created by customers on ITSM tool Service now, prioritizing production cases.
•    Onboard new customers on EDI and API.
•    Trouble shoot issues in EDI/API integration flows.
•    Engage on priority incidents that are business critical and continue RCA via problem management process.
•    Deployments of codes and configurations into production both using legacy and Devops methodologies.
•    Automation initiatives that are self-motivated or driven by pre-planned tasks.
•    Engage in EDI/API modernisation migrations from on premise to containers and K8’s on cloud.

You should have:
Most important:
•    Sterling Integrator administration and configurations (or similar).
•    Mappings (Debug level) – Sterling maps, ITXA maps and XSLTs (one or more)
•    Communication Protocols - SFTP, AS2, HTTPs, SOAP, REST
•    Message formats & Standards – EDIFACT, X12, IDocs, XML, JSON.
•    Other Skills – SQL, Shell to Python Scripts.
•    ITSM Tool – Service now or similar.
•    English – efficient enough for emails and calls.
•    Work ethics backed by commitment, collaboration & creativity.

Fairly important
•    Cloud experience, preferably with Azure or GCP or AWS. 
•    Familiarity with open-source Kubernetes, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). 
•    Awareness of DevOps concepts
•    Experience working with MQ.
•    Exposure to IBM APIC
•    Knowledge on API Concepts and familiarity with a tool (like Postman)

Bonus Points
•    Knowledge of Containerization with Sterling Integrator.
•    Jira & Confluence expertise
•    Advanced programming knowledge.
UI/UX . 

Required Experience: 
•    1-3 Years (Junior Specialists) 3-6 years (Specialists) 6-10+ Years (Senior/Lead Specialists)
