Position target:

Compliance Assistant works following guidance provided and according to company procedures. Understands needs and requirements relevant to specific tasks and applies skills/knowledge appropriately. Typically follows established guidelines.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling tasks within DSV Group Compliance following guidance provided and according to company procedures.
• Good knowledge of DSV Export Control Policy and internal procedures and regulations SOPs
• Review of provided documentation in accordance with internal policies, supported with guidelines
• Providing advice in export control/sanctions related matters
• Preparing data for reporting
• Cooperating with parties across the DSV organization
• Using IT tools / relevant systems in various export control areas 
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including Work Regulations, on Remuneration Regulation and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection. 
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of DSV.
• Developing professional skills by participating in training and constant self-education.
• Other tasks assigned by manager as required

Education and skills:

• Good level of English minimum B2 level
• Standard use of MS Office tools

Minimal work experience:

• Experience in export control area would be an advantage
