Position target:

A person in the position of a Senior Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high complexity solutions in ServiceNow, as well as supporting ServiceNow users.

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Create and implement high complexity solutions in ServiceNow.
2. Analyze DSV customers’ requirements and prepare technical specifications.
3. Create specifications and documentation based on existing operational procedures.
4. Maintain visibility of the state of assigned tasks using JIRA Kanban board.
5. Maintain timely, efficient and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects.
6. Second line support services for ServiceNow users.
7. Proactive knowledge sharing with peers.
8. Proactively support the team with delivery of a sprint.
9. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection. 
10. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of the organization.
11. Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Special rights:

Education and skills:

• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Other ServiceNow certificates (such as Application Development or CSM)
• High communication and analytical skills. 
• Problem solving skills.
• At least B2 English level.

Minimal work experience:

• Min. 2 years of previous experience as Developer in ESM team or min. 2 years as Senior ServiceNow developer in a different organization.
