Your responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire claims process from initiation to resolution
- Investigate and analyze claims to determine validity and liability
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and resolution of claims
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
- Handle complex claims with professionalism and expertise
- Maintain detailed records of claims and related documentation
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Lead and manage teams across multiple sites (Warsaw, Bucharest, Manila, Mexico City)
- Handle claims on a global scale for DSV
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and innovate claims management processes
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in leading and managing international teams.
