YOUR TASKS

• Care of the compliance of the process carried out for the selected Key Customer
• Ensuring the execution of orders in accordance with the needs of Key Customers and company standards
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Current contact with other company departments, domestic and international
• Preparing valuations
• Ongoing customers support, providing information, searching for solutions
• Work in systems

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
• Good knowledge of Polish and English language
• Ability to work in a busy and unpredictable environment
• Focus on achieving results and continuous self-improvement
• Motivation to provide excellent service to our customers 
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others
• Experience in transport, forwarding or similar
