As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical lead of a team of 5-10 software developers to deliver highly scalable mission critical solutions to solve high priority business challenges. You will bring your knowledge and best practices in delivery and operations to constantly improve your team's output. You will work across all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support).
Your responsibilities:
- Technically owning new services and products
- Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net (C#), MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres and Kafka
- Working with the product owner and other senior leaders to create a great working environment that attracts other great engineers
- Partnering with product owner and architect setting the technical vision for the team
- Leading a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, together with the product owner do product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, and retrospective
- Working with the team on the constant improvements of the product development process.
- Writing and maintaining documentation
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a background in Computer Science or EE, Control Systems/Automation and Control, whose main language is .NET.
You have the ability to integrate different events streaming platforms, to aligning synchronous and asynchronous nature of processes, experience in events latching and queue control. Additionally, we expect that you have hands on experience with migration of monolith to microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- SQL Server 2019
- Well versed with SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in object-oriented programming and SOLID design patterns.
- At least 5 years of developing Kafka based applications, including regular production/consumption, Kafka streams, KSql
- At least 7 years of developing using Angular/React, Kendo UI for Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, SCSS
