Join our global Project Management Office
In the DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 80+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high-quality services and manage projects for the DSV organisation, supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.
Based in Warsaw, Poland, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and work closely with the PMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV. Your projects will be spanning our Business Divisions, Group HR, Group Finance, Compliance, Corporate Development, IT and other group functions.
Leave your mark on global projects
You will be responsible for managing medium to large corporate projects and programs that are linked directly to the DSV strategy. Your projects may consist of multiple teams and workstreams that will vary in size and complexity.
Collaborating with PMO colleagues situated in more than 10 countries, you will:
- Develop projects from initiation stage to operations – following our standard PMO process and strong governance
- Manage the project and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare
- Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams
- Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants
- Proactively handle issues and manage ‘upwards’. This is key due to the strategic importance of the projects
- Facilitate and participate in workshops, project boards, and townhall meetings where you address a large and diverse audience
Experienced project manager who can set a direction
You possess strong communication skills and excel at building and sustaining business relationships. Your strong management and coaching abilities enable you to lead effectively while confidently addressing challenges and differing opinions.
Moreover, you are adept at navigating both top management and team-level dynamics. With experience in international and high-performance environments, you thrive in diverse and demanding settings.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- Bring strong stakeholder management skills
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher and around 10+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects – preferably from a global PMO or MNCs
- Bring a comprehensive understanding of project management tools, i.e., Prince2, and/or agile frameworks
- Are eligible to live and work in Poland
- Are fluent in English
