YOUR TASKS

• Canvassing for subcontractors and developing a fleet based on the needs of operational departments
• Operational area: international transport and domestic transport. Fleet: truck traktors, semi-trailers trucks, medium trucks, VAN
• Negotiating the terms of cooperation with a subcontractor (contracts, rates, mileage, fleet vehicle)
• Building and maintaining good relationships with hauliers
• Monitoring of cooperation with hauliers
• Support in mediation between hauliers and operational departments
• Periodic verification of the subcontractor's fleet (quality, timeliness of deliveries, drivers' outfit, logo on vehicles, use of driver applications, timely settlement of routes)
• Achievement of the assumed targets in the acquiring and development of the contract fleet
• Searching for alternative solutions to acquire the fleet

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Experience in fleet management in a company from transport, forwarding and logistics industry
• Experience of working with regular hauliers
• Very good knowledge of the market of domestic and international hauliers
• Ability to build long-term relationships with people
• Very good sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to act independently and think analytically
• Knowledge of tools and programs supporting acquiring new hauliers
• Willingness to travel
• Category B driving license
• Ability to speak Polish fluently
