Become a member of our Global IT Team as a Service Owner

 

Would you like to leverage your expertise to drive the seamless delivery of IT support for a Claims Management application? If so, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact.


Join our team as a Service Owner and be a key player in delivering essential IT services for a diverse range of applications across Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in IT support who thrives on collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. In this role, you will work alongside dedicated Service Owners, Application Owners, technical Project Managers, and Business Analysts, collectively supporting the entire application lifecycle. Together, we partner with the business on vendor selection, implementation, and regular IT support to ensure seamless operations and impactful results.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements to ensure applications align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for your applications, providing expert support, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with best practices, maximizing the effectiveness of applications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Expertise in the Riskonnect application or with any other solutions related to Risk Management.
  • A pragmatic mindset, skilled in balancing tasks and appreciating diverse perspectives.
  • Proactive and self-driven, comfortable working independently yet eager to collaborate within a multicultural team.
  • Methodical and organized, able to adapt your level of detail to suit different situations.
  • Resilience and a sense of fun, you bring positivity and do not shy away from challenges.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
