To our DSV ISSC HR Partnering & Operations team we are looking for a strong professional who will partner business and provide aligned and compliant Human Resources support, guidance and services to all employees, managers, and support departments to increase organizational effectiveness. Partnering with group functions leaders and management, driving business objective, and translating this into action on the ground.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting adherence to HR policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to Line Managers on HR processes, including conflict management, compensation management while mitigating risks for the company.
  • Handle HR documentation, benefits, employee records, and reporting.
  • Coordinating HR processes, including performance reviews and policy updates.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll provider.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and collaborating with legal teams.
  • Oversee the onboarding & offboarding process, including proper documentation, ensuring legal and company compliance.
  • Identify HR needs, resolve issues, and work with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention across regions.
  • Track key HR metrics, provide regular updates, and ensure HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with Group HR, ISSC HR teams and leadership to ensure smooth execution of HR practices in alignment with local standards.

 

Key Requirements:

  • A strong proven working knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR functions.
  • Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP Success Factors will be an advantage
