As a Quality Assurance Specialist at DSV, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, procedures, and services meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your role involves implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with regional QHSE teams drive compliance to customer quality requirements in supporting the Technology vertical.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the implementation of quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the global Technology Vertical.
- Coordinate aspects of Document Control and Records Management at Global level to assure compliance with quality.
- Collaborate with business process owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create / review written procedures.
- Perform routine and ad hoc metric reporting and analysis for the Global and regional data related to Document Control and Records Management.
- Conduct supplier audits both on-site and remotely.
- Prepare for customer audits and manage audit report responses.
- Identify required training and support local QHSE teams to execute effective training plans.
- Maintain U.S. procedures, forms, and change control documents.
- Ensure the adherence to corrective and preventive action standards as well as being actively involved in the root cause analysis and agreement of corrective and preventive actions for severe and reoccurring incidents, audit findings, KPI deviations etc.
- Support internal audits for ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO45001 Health & Safety, and ISO14001Enviormental
- Take on additional quality projects to continue to drive improvements across the organization.
- Assist with special projects or assignments, as requested.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $62,000 - $84,000/ Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
