Key Responsibilities include:
- You will manage selected projects including their risks and deadlines
- You will work to gather business requirements that are later to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaborating with the rest of HR and other business stakeholders
- Your projects will implement new functionality by either improving existing processes or perhaps introduce system support for new processes altogether by utilizing HR technology
- You will be managing the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training as required
- From a systems perspective you will mainly be focusing on SAP SuccessFactors
- In projects you will typically work with our Local HR teams and our Global IT organization as the main stakeholders. External vendors might sometimes be important parts of your projects as well
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Passion for problem-solving
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to drive correct behaviour and organizational compliance
